Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with Human Token Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Send a message via the feedback page with your Paddle Order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email). We'll process the refund within 1–3 business days.

Alternatively, you can contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly at paddle.net — as our Merchant of Record, they are authorised to process refunds on our behalf.

What qualifies

  • Purchase made within the last 30 days
  • One refund per customer
  • Applies to the one-time Pro license only

What happens after a refund

Your license key will no longer be valid under the terms of use. You are welcome to continue using the free version of Human Token indefinitely.

Processing time

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process it.
