By downloading or using Human Token, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language.
Human Token is a macOS application developed and maintained by Marco Ganci (gancim.com). It tracks your daily cognitive activity as weighted tokens and displays insights via the macOS menu bar.
When you download Human Token, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Mac.
Human Token Pro licenses are for personal use and may be activated on all Macs belonging to the licensee. You may not share, sell, or transfer a Pro license key to another person.
Updates to Human Token are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Pro purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment disputes. Our refund policy is described separately at humantoken.app/refund.
Human Token is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marco Ganci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Human Token, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
